Short listings from the Midway Directory census: the name, the town, when it usually runs and one line on what it is, each with its sources. Listings are free and factual; nobody pays to be here.

What a short listing doesn't cover
A short listing confirms that the event or place exists, where it is and when it usually happens. Dates for the next edition are shown only when the organiser has published them, and we check each row again within six months. If something here is wrong, the corrections page says how to tell us.
The Midway Mailbag
New fairs, festivals, midways and attractions as we add them to the directory. About twice a month in fair season, less in winter.
